I'm a qualified carpenter, personal trainer, and wellness coach with over a decade of experience working in human health and performance before I ever picked up a nail gun.

I've spent years in both worlds, understanding what the body needs to recover and then learning to build the physical environments that actually delivers it.

That combination doesn't exist anywhere else in this industry.

I spent my last bit of savings on building the first ARK Vessel by hand in my front yard on the Sunshine Coast. Not because it was the safe move. Because I genuinely believe people need this and I had the rare ability to both design the wellness protocol and build the structure around it with my own hands.

ARK is not a hotel group. It's not a tiny home builder. It's not a funded startup.

It's a builder and wellness practitioner with a vision, a set of tools, and an unshakeable belief that the right environment can change how a human being feels.
